REALITY SPORTS ONLINE (RSO) TERMS OF USE

Reality Sports Online (“RSO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online fantasy sports league management platform and related services (collectively, the “RSO Fantasy Platform” or the “Platform”) through RealitySportsOnline.com and related domains (the “RSO Website”).
Corporate Ownership Disclosure
Reality Sports Online is a wholly owned platform of Mobile Global Esports, Inc., a publicly traded company on the OTC Markets (OTC: MGAM). References to “RSO,” “we,” or “our” include Mobile Global Esports, Inc. and its applicable subsidiaries and affiliates.
By accessing, registering for, or using the RSO Fantasy Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on the RSO Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must:
- Be legally permitted to participate in fantasy sports where you reside
- Maintain a valid registered account
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
RSO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet applicable age requirements.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and current account information
- Protecting your login credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
RSO is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Some Platform features require payment. All fees:
- Are charged in U.S. Dollars
- Are due at registration or league creation
- Are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise on the RSO Website
Refunds, if applicable, follow the refund policy posted for each season and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Platform Access & Modifications
RSO may:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature
- Perform maintenance that may cause temporary outages
- Restrict access for security, operational, or legal compliance reasons
RSO is not liable for downtime, feature changes, or service interruptions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Entertainment Purposes Only – No Gambling
RSO is a fantasy sports platform for entertainment purposes only and is not a sportsbook or gambling platform.
You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in fantasy sports is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. Community Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
- Introduce malware or disrupt Platform operations
- Manipulate scoring, statistics, or league governance unfairly
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Statistics & Scoring Finality
Statistics become official and final at the weekly cutoff time published on the Platform.
Corrections from third-party data providers after this cutoff will not automatically adjust standings. League commissioners may apply manual adjustments at their discretion.
8. Suspension & Termination
RSO may suspend or permanently terminate:
- Any account
- Any league
- Any access privileges
For violations of these Terms, applicable law, or Platform integrity requirements, with or without prior notice where permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, designs, data structures, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of RSO and/or Mobile Global Esports, Inc.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of data
- Availability or uninterrupted access
- Non-infringement
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those cases, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- RSO and Mobile Global Esports, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Platform during the applicable season
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSO and Mobile Global Esports, Inc. from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law or third-party rights
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law
United States Users
Except where prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Governing Law: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Venue: Pennsylvania
You waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
EU & UK Users
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to:
- Bring claims in your country of residence
- Access local courts or consumer protection authorities
Arbitration, governing law, venue, and class-action waiver provisions apply only to the extent permitted under EU or UK law.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is governed by the RSO Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Ownership & Corporate Disclosure
Reality Sports Online is a wholly owned platform of Mobile Global Esports, Inc., a publicly traded company on the OTC Markets (OTC: MGAM).
MGAM provides corporate oversight, infrastructure support, and long-term platform stability for RSO while preserving its brand, gameplay, and community-driven culture.
